Transcoding MCU from Global VCS

This new software MCU is in the final stages of Beta testing and should be released by the end of the first quarter of 2008. The main features of the product will be:

1. Software only, runs on Linux or Windows servers
2. Support for both standard and high definition video
3. CPn - continuous presence meetings with from 2 to "n" windows transmitted in a single video stream
4. Transcodes both audio and video streams for optimal user experience
5. Configurable for standard or transrated / transcoded meeting
6. Dynamic layout configuration in CPn meetings with user controls
